Strategy 2.1
Pedestrian paths and sidewalks
Pedestrian paths and sidewalks allow people to navigate the neighbourhood with ease. Well-maintained and accessible sidewalks help older adults and people living with dementia to access the neighbourhood safely and comfortably, such as by reducing the risk of falling or getting lost.

Actions under this strategy:

2.1.1. Design wide sidewalks
2.1.2. Create direct and pleasant walking paths
2.1.3. Separate bike and pedestrian pathways
